In the Parish Hall

10.30 am         Registration and coffee

11.00 am         Introduction and welcome

11.15 am         Keynote Address on the encouragement and training of young people in church music by Alexander Berry, Director of Music, Great St. Mary’s Church, Cambridge

12.30 pm        Lunch period. [Attendees bring own packed lunches or go into town] Tea/coffee available in Parish Hall.

In the Church
11.30 am to 2.00 pm Practice time on the organ for recitalists. Other organs will be available at St Paul’s, Hills Road and St Andrew’s Street Baptist Church for non-recitalists.

2.00 pm          Composite recital by organists from associations in the Region                

3.15 pm          Open console session

4.30 pm           Finish – opportunity to attend Evensong at one of the Cambridge Colleges
